Data we process

If you use the form, we process name, company, email, phone (if given), inquiry type, product or material (if given) and your message. We also store the time, the language and a shortened hash of the IP address to limit abuse. We do not store the full IP address.

The admin area uses a necessary session cookie. Map consent and the notice bar stay in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us.

Purpose and basis

We process the details to answer your inquiry and to keep a record of it. The basis is Article 31 of the revDSG, in particular steps toward or performance of a contract and our overriding interest in orderly business communication. The checkbox records your consent to this processing.

Recipients and services

Hosting: Vercel Inc. The website is served through Vercel’s infrastructure.

Database: inquiries are stored in a protected database with a specialised hosting provider.

Files: images, videos and PDFs on this website are served via Vercel.

Email: notifications about inquiries are sent via the service Resend to sales@lavictoria.ch. You also receive a short confirmation of receipt.

Map: OpenStreetMap loads only after you allow the map on the contact page. Your browser then connects to OpenStreetMap.

Video: the hero film is hosted on this server. There is no YouTube or other video-platform embed.

No analytics or advertising service is included.

Retention

We keep inquiries until they are handled and then for up to 24 months, unless a longer statutory duty applies. After that they are deleted or anonymised. Admin sessions expire after 14 days.

Transfers and rights

Vercel and Resend may process data outside Switzerland. Their contractual safeguards apply.

You may request access, correction, surrender or deletion of your data and withdraw consent where the law allows. Write to info@lavictoria.ch. There is no automated individual decision-making.

We update this privacy notice when the website or the services used change. The version published here applies.
